Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LouChi AI, a sole proprietorship based in Oakland, California ("LouChi AI", "we", "us"), for your use of AEOS (Autonomous Executive Operating System), including the website at getaeos.com and the AEOS app (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use AEOS for a company, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AEOS does

AEOS is a business intelligence tool for founders and operators. It can:

  • Generate a business blueprint ("Genesis") from information you provide.
  • Answer questions through an AI assistant that remembers context you save.
  • Read revenue data from a Stripe account you connect, and show metrics, signals and weekly briefings.
  • Run a Leak Scan that looks for revenue at risk, such as unpaid invoices, expiring cards, failed-payment churn, discounts that never end and customers on older prices.
  • Draft recovery emails that you can review and send yourself.

Features change over time. Some features are only available on certain plans.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AEOS.
  • You must give us a valid email address that you control, and keep your sign-in details secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and your organization, including actions by members you invite.
  • Tell us right away at getaeos@gmail.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

AEOS offers a free preview and paid monthly plans:

  • Free preview: includes one Genesis blueprint and ten AI assistant messages, with limited previews of other features. It does not expire and does not require a card.
  • Starter: $29 per month.
  • Growth: $79 per month.
  • Scale: $249 per month.
  • Enterprise: priced by separate written agreement.

Each plan includes usage limits, such as AI usage and the number of data connections. Current plan details are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes unless stated.

  • Payments. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds. Fees are not refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires a refund or as stated in Section 12. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may limit or pause paid features until the payment succeeds.

4. Free Leak Scan

Each organization can run one free Leak Scan. A free scan:

  • Shows totals and categories, not your customers' names.
  • Uses a read-only Stripe restricted key that AEOS deletes as soon as the scan finishes, and no later than 7 days after you connect.
  • Keeps detailed results for 30 days unless you upgrade.

We may change or end the free scan offer at any time.

5. Connecting Stripe

  • You may only connect a Stripe account you are authorized to connect.
  • AEOS asks for a restricted key with Read access only. You are responsible for creating the key with the permissions AEOS lists and no more.
  • AEOS reads your Stripe data. It does not create, change or delete anything in your Stripe account, and it never charges your customers, issues refunds or moves money on your behalf.
  • You can disconnect at any time. AEOS will delete its copy of your key. To fully revoke access, also expire the key in your Stripe dashboard.
  • You confirm you have the right to share your customers' information with AEOS for these purposes, including any notice or consent your own privacy policy requires.

6. Recovery emails and messages you send

AEOS can draft emails to your customers, such as reminders about unpaid invoices or expiring cards. AEOS does not send these emails. When you choose to send one, it opens in your own email app and you send it yourself.

You are solely responsible for every message you send, including its content, recipient, timing, and compliance with laws on debt collection, consumer protection, email marketing and privacy. Review every draft before sending.

7. AI features and results

  • AEOS uses AI models provided by Anthropic. AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
  • Figures AEOS shows are estimates or measurements based on the data available to it. They may be affected by missing permissions, partial syncs, currency differences or errors in the source data.
  • "Recovered" amounts show payments AEOS observed in your Stripe data after a finding. They do not prove that AEOS or a message caused the payment.
  • AEOS does not guarantee that you will recover any revenue or achieve any result.
  • AEOS is not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.

8. Your own AI provider key (BYOK)

On a paid plan, you can connect your own Anthropic API key. If you do:

  • Requests made with your key are billed to your Anthropic account. You are responsible for those charges and for following Anthropic's terms.
  • AEOS plan limits and security controls still apply.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Anthropic account in good standing. If your key stops working, AI features may stop working until you fix or remove it. AEOS will not silently switch to its own AI account.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break any law or violate anyone's rights.
  • Connect data you are not authorized to use, or use AEOS to harass, deceive or pressure anyone.
  • Try to access another organization's data or bypass security, plan limits or usage controls.
  • Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
  • Use AEOS to build a competing product, or resell it without our written permission.
  • Use automated means to create accounts or access the Service, other than through features we provide.
  • Upload malware or content that is unlawful or infringing.

10. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you put into AEOS and the data AEOS reads from your connected accounts ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Data and for having the rights to share it with us.

11. Our intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and content we create. These Terms do not give you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

You may use AEOS output, such as blueprints, reports and drafts, for your own business.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using AEOS at any time. You can delete your organization or your account under Settings, Account & Data, or email getaeos@gmail.com.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice first.
  • We may stop offering the Service. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and, for paid plans, a prorated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including Sections 10 through 16.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS OR AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, messages you send, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or anyone's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in AEOS at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using AEOS after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using AEOS and cancel your plan.

18. General

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order form or written agreement for Enterprise plans, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If they conflict, a signed Enterprise agreement controls.
  • If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
